Registration is available by downloading the online registration form and returning it by E-mail or by Fax to National Science and Technology Museum, Taiwan (ROC).

- For payment by bank transfer, please pay to ASPAC account in full amount.
- For payment by credit card on-line, please add US$10. to your total amount due, to cover the Bank fee for each transaction.

   

CANCELLATION POLICY.

 

Cancellation made before 30 March, 2009¡Gfor refund of 90% of the registration fee.
Cancellation made from 1 April to 15 May, 2009¡Gfor refund of 75% of the registration fee.
Cancellation made after 16 May 2009¡Gthe fee will not be refunded.

   

IMPORTANT NOTICE.

 

Only valid member for 2009 will get a member rate for the conference. For the renewal membership fee please pay separately with your conference fee to ASPAC Treasurer.

PAYMENT INFORMATION.

 

Registration payment is to be made to ASPAC Treasurer (National Science Museum, Thailand) by credit card on-line or bank transfer only. Please submit your payment form with bank document (put on details of name, organization, country, and ¡§pay for conference fee¡¨) and fax to ASPAC Treasure at +66 2577 9990. The receipt will be sent to your address. The ASPAC host (National Science and Technology Museum Taiwan) will confirm your registration upon your payment.
